PST Diffuser Panels

A Light Diffuser causes collimated light from the light source, with a soft and even tone. These panels are used in light fixtures for its optimised light diffusion properties and to cover for the light source.

Advantages:

• Relative low costs,
• Good light transmission rate,
• Good optical characteristics,
• Good chemical and thermal stability.

Disadvantages

• It has a low impact strength,
• It has low weather resistance. Long exposure to outdoor environments will cause Discolouring and brittleness,
• Poor Heat Resistance.
